Nowadays, the extensive adoption of the internet is evident. However, as TAB Gıda we acknowledge the existence of a segment of the population that lacks internet access. That’s why we launched an initiative where potential employees can apply to be a part of our team with just a single phone call
The system of applying to jobs within TAB Gıda works as follows: our employees at the call center will receive and record the preliminary information of the candidates. In the second stage, restaurants will evaluate the applications and interview with the selected candidates. At the end of the interview processes, the most suitable ones will be employed in our restaurants, call center or at our head office.
With this, we are able to archive and report candidate and application information in a more diligent way and communicate with the candidates fastly without any frictions.
15 people working in our call center were initially trained for applications covering our Burger King®, Sbarro®, Popeyes®, Arby's® and Usta Dönerci® brands. In addition, 2 HR experts who will report calls in our head office and coordinate with restaurants were also authorized and trained to conduct the interviews.
