Nowadays, the increase and widespread use of the internet is quite obvious. Nevertheless, we set out from the fact that there is a segment that do not have an access to the internet. We would like to share with you our new project, which we have created, guessing that it will be attractive to apply for a job with a single phone call.
This application can be accessed with just a local call rate from anywhere in Turkey, we are considered as an innovation worthy of our corporate identity. Moreover, our line is currently active and started to receive calls.
If we need to give brief information about how the system works:
Our employees at the call center will receive and record the preliminary information of the candidates. In the second stage, restaurants will evaluate the applications and make interviews with the appropriate ones. At the end of the interview processes, the most suitable candidates will be employed in our restaurants, call center or head office.
In this way, we will be able to archive and report candidate and application information in a much better way. By entering the criteria sought in candidates, we will be able to communicate with the candidates faster and healthier.
In the first stage, 15 people working in our call center were trained for applications to our Burger King®, Sbarro®, Popeyes®, Arby's® and Usta Dönerci® brands. In addition, 2 HR experts who will report calls in our head office and coordinate with restaurants were also authorized and trained on this issue.
As TAB Gıda, we are ready for this new application that excites and motivates us.
