At TAB Gıda, we prefer franchise candidates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to succeed, and who can offer successful business history and management experience as well as financial resources required by the investment.
The selected franchisee candidate gains the right to become an operator by participating in the training program given by Tab Gıda. The licensee can be the operator himself/herself or he or she may appoint an operator for the management of the restaurant.
We provide our operators with intensive support services such as marketing, advertising, purchasing, logistics, training, human resources, operation, quality control during the preparations for the opening of the restaurant and from the first day of the opening.
The investment amounts start from 500,000 USD + VAT for Burger King®, 400,000 USD + VAT for Popeyes®, 250,000 USD + VAT for Sbarro®, 400,000 USD + VAT for Arby's® and 250,000 USD + VAT for Usta Dönerci®.
The restaurant management durations given by TAB Gıda to Sub franchisees are 20 years for Burger King® and Arby’s®, and 10 years for Sbarro®, Popeyes® and Usta Dönerci® brands. Thanks to the license granted, the licensee is entitled to operate in the restaurant he/she owns and under the relevant brand.
Areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, shopping malls, cinema, school, classroom, main arteries suitable for fast food management are among the features sought in the restaurant to be opened. The location where the restaurant will be opened is approved and rented by Tab Gıda authorities.
The restaurant should be on the ground floor of the buiding. The ground floor of the restaurant should be at least 120 m2, and the total closed area should be at least 300 m2. Front facade width should be minimum 6.5 m, ceiling height for each floor should be minimum 2.90 m. For our restaurants located in Food Courts, 100 m2 area including warehouses will be sufficient.(You can find the details in the table below. )
Furthermore, it is among the most sought-after features to be located in areas where pedestrian and vehicle traffic is heavy, as well as being near to shopping malls, movie theaters, schools and classrooms, and in main arteries suitable for fast service operations.
The location where the restaurant will be opened is approved and rented by Tab Gıda authorities. In addition to being on the ground floor, the conformity of the construction performed at the rented location is checked in accordance with the standards of the related brands.
